Recent flooding in my area left a thick layer of mud in a nearby park. I went out without a plan. I intended to shoot photos, but I didn’t have an intended target. I found the mud coating the bike path and parking areas. The patterns in the mud drew my attention. Here are the results, a series of abstract photos of mud in varying stages of drying, some with tracks and other artifacts.
